Charge Dismissed Against Julio Voltio

A judge in Puerto Rico has dismissed a drunken driving charge against reggaeton rapper Julio Voltio.The director of Fajardo's transit division says the judge found that Voltio's 0.08 blood-alcohol level fell within the breathalyzer machine's margin of error. Carlos Camacho says he respects the decision but disagrees with it.
Puerto Rico considers as legally drunk anyone with an 0.08 blood-alcohol level.
Voltio was arrested Sunday after police say they spotted him in a BMW driving 62 mph (100 kph) in a 50 mph (80 kph) zone in the northern coastal town of Luquillo. Camacho said Voltio was still fined for speeding and not having a driver's license.
Voltio is considered a pioneer of Puerto Rico's homegrown reggaeton genre.
